Define Role

In this lesson, you will learn how to define a new Role. Please refer to the Roles help article to learn more about Role.

  • Go to Navigation → Administration → Roles

  • Click on Add New Role button.
  • Enter the Role Code, Role Name and click on save.
  • If Auto Assign property is checked, then that role will be automatically assigned to the users. 
  • If Home Page is specified, then that happens to be the default landing page for all the users of that Role.
Note: Ensure that Role Code and Role Name are unique.
